On Saturday the 2nd October the NSA will be holding a farm walk and south west young shepherd event at Gupworthy Farm, Wheddon Cross, Somerset, TA24 7DA with the kind permission of the Webber family.

If any budding young shepherds would like to take part in the competition please send a completed entry form to Ian May ([email protected]). The competition starts at 11am and the farm walk will start at 1:30. The prize giving, refreshments and a selection of trade stands will be available afterwards. On Thursday the 7th October the NSA are holding a farm walk at Lovaton Farm, South Tawton, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 2RA with the kind permission of Jane Barber and Simon Kemp in conjunction with FWAG South West.

This farm walk and discussion is intended to give participants a practical understanding of the up-coming SFI 2022 grant scheme as it currently stands so they can start to assess how it may fit with their business.
